Welcome to the Open Seat podcast! On today's episode we introduce ourselves and our vision for this podcast. We discuss where we came up with the idea for this podcast, why studying Koine Greek has been so valuable to us, and our structure for the podcast moving forward.
Our Mission
We recognize that the Bible was written in languages full of richness and beauty. Our goal is to explore the beauty of the New Testament, written in Koine Greek, that can sometimes become obscured in English translations. We desire to bridge the gap of scholarship and make these conversations about Biblical Greek accessible to all curious people. Whether you have studied Greek for years or you are embarking on this journey today, all are welcome to take a seat at the Table.
